Reference to entire government corruption : Secretary of Treasury - Jacob Lew refuses to comply with the demands of the Constitution & pay 140 million dollars owed for default of due process in violation of the 14th amendment. Senate and House representatives refuse to address the Constitution's checks and balances as petitioned by Jesha Miller. Evidence demands each branch be checked to uphold the integrity of the Constitution but officials evade, ignore, and continue the destructive acts detrimental to running a democracy. The people's safety is threatened by the very officials who are to protect & serve. The Judges are overruling both state & Federal constitution, in addition denying the right to freedom of the press to conceal the judicial branch corruption. Judges are independent but they must enforce the law so they are refusing to enforce the Supreme Law of the land. They have refused to enforce the Bill of Rights that government must protect & separated us from the unalienable right to liberty which is guaranteed by the 6th amendment right to trial by an impartial jury. All these are destructive to the intent of the Constitution. As Speaker of the House, even you have failed to call a special session to uphold the integrity of the Constitution using the Constitution check's & balances.

 

     Man is a fallen creature so he must be checked & held accountable for their actions. You are refusing the checks and balances so as to not be held accountable for your actions violating all three charters of freedom.

    We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights Governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed - That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and institute new government laying its foundation on such principles & organizing it's powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety & happiness. 

                                     

                               Refusal by officials to secure guaranteed rights. 

    Vanderburgh County Judge David Kiely overruled the State & Federal constitution imposing slavery. This separate me from the unalienable right " all men are created equal " in violation of the declaration of Independence. Here he refused to secure the 6th amendment right to trial by an impartial jury, imposes discrimination in the trial procedure imposing an all white jury on a Black Man. Government officials are caught violating rights under color of law pursuant to Title 18 sec. 242. ( The transcripts are irrefutable evidence impossible to deny officials denied 6th amendment guaranteed under the Bill of Rights government must protect. )

   This violates the 14th amendment right to due process implemented so that BLACKS have the right to due process which was denied them before. This act proves Judicial system still refuses the right to due process to impose slavery for economical exploitation again.

     The 14th amendment mandate ( meaning and official order ) that race discrimination be eliminated from all official acts and proceedings of the State is most compelling in the judicial system. The statutory prohibition on discrimination in the selection of jurors 18 U.S.C. SEC. 243, enacted pursuant to the 14th amendment enabling clause makes race neutrality in jury selection a visible, and inevitable, measure of the judicial system own commitment to the demands of the Constitution. The courts are under an affirmative duty to enforce the strong statutory and Constitutional policies embodied in that PROHIBITION. ( The Courts action excluding Black people from the jury is irrefutable evidence impossible to deny they are refusing the demands of the Constitution & the prohibition under Title 18 sec. 243. This allows the continued inequality in the Judicial branch of government. Federal judge Richard Young in conspiracy with magistrate Matthew Brookman refused to secure the money owed for default & miscarriage of Justice imposed slavery by the STATE Of Indiana & the U.S Supreme Court. Man's inhumanity to man as evinced in the use of oppression, slavery, Blacks killed & usurpation.

 

     To impose slavery which has been abolished is a violation of human rights done by Indiana Courts taking my freedom without being duly processed in violation of the 14th amendment.     The Congress whose duty it is to enforce the 13th amendment & Representative Larry Bucshon, and Senators Dan Coats & Joe Donnelly refused to enforce the law to protect life & liberty. ( The Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan has failed to acknowledge the Constitution check's and balances to uphold the integrity of the Constitution, hold officials accountable, and protect the rights of the people for the 4th time now. ) 

    The Judicial Branch denied the right to freedom of the press to conceal the judicial branch corruption. The Judges must enforce the law & the U.S. Constitution is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND that they are in defiance of when they refuse to enforce the law. The 1st amendment states it is an evil for the media to censor to prevent the public from knowing of government corruption & the government cannot prevent in any manner. ( That is a restriction of government power done by both in defiance of the Constitution. ) Government officials have usurped the right to freedom of speech - press that not even Congress can make a law to deny. Judges which includes the 7th circuit took a position of power illegally. The U.S Supreme Court committed an ACT AGAINST THE LAW BY REMANDING JESHA MILLER TO THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL IMPOSED SLAVERY. The Habeas corpus is a power denied government to secure the right to freedom which again was denied. Abuse of power & another restrictions exceeded by the US Supreme Court. 

The Buck stops with the President Obama who refuse to perform his duty to faithfully see that the federal laws are enforced. U.S Attorney Joshua Minkler told me to contact the FBI which must investigate before he indicted the judges under Title 18 sec. 241,242, & 243. Despite the FBI refusing their duty he still had a duty to uphold the Constitution under the code of Ethics. 

 

           A DESIGN TO REDUCE THE PEOPLE UNDER ABSOLUTE POWER.

 

     There are two ways the governed can be over taken. By cold war or hot war. The first thing an invading army does is take over communication so the people don't know no more than they are told. The FCC in control of communication have given absolute discretion to what the broadcast stations want to air. This is an evil to be prevented as stated by the 1st amendment. The Judicial Branch refuses equality to all people but the people don't know because they keep camera's out of the courtroom. They conceal their own corruption by denying the right to freedom of the press to conceal the judicial branch corruption. Members of Congress corruption conceal the judicial branch corruption. Judicial branch conceal Congress corruption & the President refuses his duty to enforce the federal laws. Now there is no more Democracy. The right to freedom of the press is expose government corruption as intended by the Framers of the Constitution to uphold the integrity of the Constitution. The checks and balances are intended uphold the integrity of the Constitution, hold officials accountable, and protect the rights of the people. When all three Branches are corrupt & ignore the checks and balances as citizens we can petition the checks and balances as Jesha Miller did & government must get their best representatives against him. The CREATOR has sent Jesha Miller so government know Goliath cannot beat David so they have evaded the Constitution check's and balances. This is in violation of the code of Ethics which is irrefutable evidence officials have refused to adhere to the demands of the Constitution. This started when they took the " PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE " out of the schools so generations of kids after that have no patriotism to the country. Next take God out & there are no morals or integrity. This affirmed by no political figure has stood to uphold the checks and balances. President BARACK Obama makes a deal for the second election & the devil got dibbs in the church. The election now has two candidates where the people say they have to pick from the lesser of two evils.

License plate says " I love my country, but I'm scared of the government ". 

Blacks are killed by police to institute fear, tactic used in the beginning of slavery, Control. Michael Horowitz head of a separate entity for Misconduct of DOJ officials allows justice department U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch violate first amendment right to redress government so the wrongs are not made right. Michael Horowitz & James Comey allow crooked Judges violate rights under color of law so they rule as they want, not by the rule of law, but because they are in control. Now we no longer have a Democracy. The crime by Judge David Kiely is against the peace and dignity of the U.S. & is at war with DEMOCRACY as slavery has been abolished. The oppression & abuse has continued so long the 50 million owed for default is now 140 million dollars with interest. The oppression by Vanderburgh County Court have suspended my drivers license so I have to ride a bike. It is in the Court records they no longer can govern but they continue enforcing the law with no one to hold them accountable. That's control, not the rule of law. Indiana owes me 28 million dollars for overruling the State & Federal constitution, a power denied government. That's oppression when you owe & collect from who you owe. There's one person that can prove corruption in all three branches & I'm the one government officials continue oppression. When Judges violate the Bill of Rights that government must protect, when Judges refuses to comply with the demands of the Constitution they have taken over the government. When they refuse to pay for the default of due process in violation of the Constitution which is the Supreme law of the land, they have taken over the government. When Congress refuses to address the Constitution's checks and balances which uphold the integrity of the Constitution, they have taken over the government. This is what it has come to some it is my right, it is my duty to uphold the integrity of the Constitution by using the Constitution check's and balances to protect the right to freedom, justice and equality. When by the rule of law I am entitled to 140 million dollars owed for default of due process by the U.S. Department of the treasury, disbursement must be made immediately as restitution never came.

We the people are who government no longer serve, they only serve themselves reducing the people under absolute power.

 

   The Constitution does not allow such ACTS by officials so the acts violate Title 18, sec. 241, 242, 243, & 245. All Title 18 are crimes so they are criminals.
